Project will bring hundreds of millions of dollars of new
revenues annually into the area, creating the financial engine
to revitalize the economy of West Contra Costa County, and
the ability to support numerous social, environmental, and

of regional and international tourist destinations for travelers.

supplies, and vendor contracts

in new wages to Contra Costa County and surrounding area

and ecological restoration, and long-term regional environmental
and social programs

of Richmond plus additional amounts for community programs
